If you are currently in business undergraduate school or a Business Graduate School program, and you have already made up your mind about wether or not you should be getting an MBA to get in to McKinsey, the short answer is no. An MBA is not an employment requirement. There are many candidates who who got offers with McKinsey without needing an MBA.
