The Kira Talent interview is divided into a video assessment and a written assessment. The number of questions, preparation time and response time per question may vary depending on your school’s requirements. However, the good news is that all you need to know to prepare for your interview is well documented in Kira’s Applicant Help Center.
How to prepare for your interview?
We recommend you to start your preparation as soon as you receive the invitation from the school. This includes for instance completing the technical set up in your computer, selecting the best possible location for your interview and practicing with the sample questions. In most cases, your real assessment questions will be random and not be revealed to you until the time of your interview.
It’s very important to understand that the Kira interview is designed to assess the following:
- Your communication skills (oral and written)
- How well you think on your feet
- Your “fit” with the school based on how you portray yourself in front of the camera
Keep in mind that the key to success is preparation and ultimately conducting yourself during the interview as a serious, enthusiastic and committed applicant.
