Yale School of Management enrolled 367 MBA students in its Class of 2027 and teaches an integrated core built around its mission of educating leaders for business and society. Its application is short but distinctive: one 500-word essay, a 25-minute Behavioral Assessment, two video questions and a blind interview, with no English test. MBA Center has helped a physicist, an IIT engineer and a mid-career IT executive into Yale SOM, and several more candidates have received Yale offers.

Interviews are by invitation, sent on a rolling basis after each round’s deadline, so a late invitation is not a bad sign. The interview lasts 30 minutes and is blind: your interviewer, a second-year student, recent alum or Admissions Committee member, has seen only your resume. Questions are largely behavioural, plus your MBA and post-MBA plans.
