You may know the typical merit and need-based financial aid offered for university attendance, but have you heard about the plethora of entertaining and quirky graduate student scholarships? Let's look at a few notable cases.

Is there a scholarship for an MBA in another country? Have you heard of the National Overseas Scholarship Central Sector Scheme? The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment of the Government of India awards this scholarship. Scholarship from Daiwa 

The Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation offers this scholarship in the form of a 19-month language study, work placement, and homestay program in Japan. This scholarship is exclusively open to British nationals because it aims to strengthen ties between the UK and Japan. No prior knowledge of Japan or Japanese language expertise is required. However, you must be between the ages of 21 and 35. 

If you pass the preliminary screening for this application, you will be interviewed in three stages. If you pass all of the rounds, the foundation will pay for your tuition, room, board, and travel to and from Japan.

Unigo is Offering A $10,000 Scholarship

Are you a US citizen who is presently enrolled or planning to enrol in a post-secondary institution of higher education by 2025? If yes, pay heed because Unigo may award you USD 10,000 to fund your college or university studies if you complete this creative work. 

Applicants must submit their winning response in 250 words or less by December 31, 2019.
