The INSEAD MIM program is developed especially for newly graduated students who are interested in getting a graduate degree in management studies while having no or little work experience. This program is open for students from all academic backgrounds with a keen attentiveness towards management. The MIM admission committee is often looking for the following qualities in candidates:

  • Contribution Ability
  • Great Academic Performance

However, during the admission process, students have to go through the Kira Talent Interview questions. Kira is the newest format of questioning college graduates for the INSEAD MIM program. 

Below are a set of interview questions that could be asked during the interview phase of the process.

  8. How do you think your near and dear ones would describe you? What is the definition of leadership according to you?

  1. Tell us about a time when you had to compromise on certain things to reach the final result.
  2. Do you think social responsibility should always be prioritized over profit? Why or why not? Give reasons. 
  3. Explain Facebook to us like you would have done to your grandma.
